Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) white, tasteless, small-less, non-toxic and non-flammable fine powder. CMC is chemical modification of natural cellulose. It dissolves water, and makes it viscose and transparent which control water loss. The CMC has high viscosity (LV) and low viscosity (LV).
